With the onslaught of press releases from L.A. VIBE Magazine, some have wondered who is that lady? This weekend, the staff of L.A. VIBE Magazine covered Tom Joyner’s Family Reunion at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida. Upon arrival, the staff was personally greeted by the host, Tom Joyner himself. After sharing some good vibes, it was time to go to WORK!!!!

What happens when the CEO of a lifestyle magazine is also a well-known make-up artist, experienced runway model, published print ad model, brand ambassador, published author, actress, entrepreneur and a celebrity photographer? Well, anything could happen but expect to be flummoxed in the process. Somewhere between taking shots of media mogul Tom Joyner, singer/songwriter Robin Thicke, comedian/actor Guy Torry, singer/songwriter Shanice and a host of others, the boss lady managed to get in a photoshoot of her own.

With a camera in one hand, the established plus size model dawned the grounds of the Gaylord Palms Resort in a piece named “Nala”. Nala is a custom design hand crafted by The House of AnToni Michelle and is spotlighted in The KeKe Collection. A trip designed to cover an event turned into a press conference of her own. The brand ambassador definitely reconfirmed through spectacular imagery, “I AM LADY KENDRA.” Lady Kendra has worked with greats such as Lynn Whitfield, Morris Chestnut, Lisa Raye and Lorenz Tate to name a few. L.A. VIBE Magazine has recently covered events such as The Tom Joyner Family Reunion, The Journey Tour w/Kimestre, 2019 Bronner Bros. International Hair Show and Beautycon LA just within the month of August. Her mantra remains an announcement to the world: she is unstoppable, fierce, powerful, humble, grateful and blessed.
